24 hours is the minimum — the builder only offers slots that far out. For weekends and holidays, a few days earlier is safer. Tighter than that? How is everything packed?¿Cómo viene empacado todo?
Meats, rice and beans go into lidded trays. Tortillas are wrapped, salsas and toppings go in sealed containers, and chips ride in their own bag so they stay crisp — all portioned for your head count before you arrive. Need serving spoons or anything else for the table? Say so in your order notes and we'll pack them.Las carnes, el arroz y los frijoles van en charolas con tapa. It leaves the kitchen hot and holds well for about an hour in the trays. If your party starts later than that, tick the chafing dishes and stainless containers in step 3. The $60 rental is paid online with your order; the $40 refundable deposit is paid at pickup and comes back when you return the equipment ($100 in all, $40 back).Sale calientito de la cocina y aguanta bien como una hora en las charolas. Delivery starts at $50 and the exact price depends on the distance, so we quote it against your address when we call to confirm rather than guessing here. It is not in the total you pay online, and nothing is charged for it before you agree to it. We deliver up to 50 miles from Placentia — further than that, or prefer to talk it through? Call the catering line at (714) 227-0477 as soon as you know. Up to 24 hours before your slot we can usually adjust either direction (down to the 5-person minimum).
